Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance and in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply. All charges incurred will be billed to the client’s credit card unless prior invoicing arrangements have been made and approved. Los Angeles Car Service VIP accepts all major credit cards and cash. New or one-time clients may need to present their card to the driver for processing, and additional ID verification may be required for security purposes.
Airport Transfers
Los Angeles Car Service VIP offers flat rates for airport pickups and drop-offs to and from LAX, Burbank, John Wayne, and Long Beach Airports. For pickups from the airport, we dispatch your vehicle based on the estimated flight arrival time provided by the airline. Each airport pickup includes 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. For trips to the airport, we recommend arriving two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights.
Point-to-Point Transfers
We provide point-to-point transfer services across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties. Transfer rates are calculated based on time, distance, and zone locations.
Hourly Service
For all other transportation needs, Los Angeles Car Service VIP offers hourly services, requiring a two-hour minimum. This service allows for multiple stops and waiting time as per your instructions, with the vehicle remaining at your service for the entire rental period. Additional charges may apply for travel outside the local service area.
Cancellations
We understand that cancellations may be necessary. For local sedan and SUV airport transfers, we allow cancellations without charge up to four hours before your scheduled pickup. For vans, limos, and specialty vehicles, we require at least a twelve-hour cancellation notice.
No Shows
If you are unable to locate your driver, please text or call us immediately at 800-XXX-XXXX to avoid a full-charge “no-show” fee. For Point-to-Point and Airport Services, a fee equal to the base fare will apply for no-shows at the designated pick-up location. For Hourly Services, a fee equal to two hours of service will be charged for no-shows. To prevent this, contact us at 800-XXX-XXXX, and we will assist you in connecting with your driver.
Arrival Time
We strive to ensure timely arrivals for all of our services. However, the desired arrival time cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or other delays. We encourage passengers to plan accordingly. Los Angeles Car Service VIP is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by late arrival.
Baggage and Property
While we aim to provide careful service, we cannot be held responsible for the handling, maintenance, or loss of personal property. Please thoroughly check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle. We will do our best to help retrieve any lost items.
Passenger Conduct
Los Angeles Car Service VIP reserves the right to refuse transportation to individuals who are intoxicated, in possession of illegal substances or dangerous items, or who present a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.
Excess Cleaning
If a vehicle requires significant cleaning due to spills, vomit, excessive trash, or smoking, we will charge an additional cleaning fee at our discretion.
Smoking Prohibited
Smoking in all Los Angeles Car Service VIP vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Extra Stops (Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers)
Extra stops along the route are charged a minimum of $20 per stop, which includes a 15-minute wait period. Additional wait time is billed at the hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
Meet & Greet Services
We offer personalized meet & greet services upon request for an additional $49 to ensure a smooth airport pickup experience.
